HANDLING FEE - IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT ?

WE DO NOT REQUIRE A MINIMUM ORDER.

HOWEVER, since our products ... are custom made.

ORDERS TOTALING LESS THAN $12.50 ... will have a $4.00 handling fee added to the order.

ORDER TOTALS ABOVE $12.50 ... WILL NOT include a handling fee.

"So if your order total is under $12.50 ... just order one more item ... and save on the handling fee !"

WHAT IS AN ADDRESS CORRECTION CHARGE ?
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided to us while placing your order ...
UPS will charge us ... an additional address correction fee ... after your item/s are delivered.

The UPS address correction charge for ground service is $12.00 per package and $16.00 per package for air shipments.

Please Note ... by placing an order with us ...
you agree to pay these charges, in the event an incorrect or incomplete address was submitted to us.

To avoid these charges ... Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

Due to our heavy commercial/wholesale production schedule... Walk-in sales transactions or local pickups are not available.

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order,

RETURN POLICY

Our goal is to exceed your expectations and we guarantee the quality of our products.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do whatever is necessary to correct the problem.
Please contact us within 15 days of receipt.


All returns must include a return authorization number.

Once the RA# has been obtained,
please pack the item/s carefully using the original packing material
& mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package.

Once the item/s is received & inspected at our facility, we will process your return,
credit your credit card account & send you an email notification.


Refunds are as follows:

* your invoiced item/s price less the original shipping charge, as it is not refundable *

* no restocking fees *

Please note, Art of San Francisco is not responsible for incorrectly packaged items that are returned to us.
We cannot provide a refund for items that are returned in poor or un-saleable condition.
